The product does not comply with the 'Consumer Goods (Bean Bags) Safety Standard 2014. Consumer Protection Notice No.4 of 2014 as amended' The product does not have the correct warning label attached and was sold with a paper clip to facilitate movement of the child resistant fastener.

What consumers should do
Consumers should contact the Customer Service Manager at by emailing online@hipkids.com.au or phoning 03 9816 8588 quoting their order reference number and they will be provided with a Reply Paid Address for return of their beanbag. HipKids will replace the label and return item/s to the consumer.
