Reason the product is recalled
A manufacturing fault in the battery could cause a short circuit.
The hazards to consumers
There is a risk of fire that could cause harm to operators of the vehicle or property damage if a short circuit occurs.
What consumers should do
Consumers should stop using the batteries immediately and check the serial number on the side of the battery.
If the battery is affected, contact the place of purchase to arrange to exchange the battery for a replacement.
