Roof rack legs to suit Ford Mondeo Station Wagon (2012-2017) with solid rails
What are the defects?
Rhino Rack has identified that some roof rack kits may contain one or more incorrect legs. The incorrect legs do not have the appropriate “lip” in their profile to help create clamping pressure to the vehicle roof.
What are the hazards?
If the incorrect legs are used the roof racks and any items attached to them may separate from the vehicle, posing an accident risk to the vehicle occupants and other road users.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should return the legs to the place of purchase. Consumers will be given correct replacement legs at no cost.
