Reason the product is recalled
If a roller door that contains the KL278 aluminium bottom rail is thrown open, it may cause the door to run past the stops, potentially causing injury. (No doors should ever be thrown upwards and should only be opened and closed slowly and with full control.)

Consumers who have purchased a roller door that may be affected by this defect have been identified and will be notified. A package will be sent directly to the affected customers that will rectify the issue. Any further concern should be addressed to the manufacturer.
