Reason the product is recalled

In the affected batch (QYD - XXXX), the nylon latch strap material is too soft and may come undone in strong winds or when travelling at high speed or on a bumpy road.

The hazards to consumers

If the latches come loose, the tent may deploy while driving, which may pose an accident hazard.

What consumers should do

Consumers will be notified by email /mail and asked to contact their local BCF Store or Customer Interaction Centre for a full refund. Consumers should stop using the product (Batch QYD - XXXX) immediately.
