If the nut securing the blade is not properly tightened before use, in accordance with the instructions, the blade may detach.
The hazards to consumers
If the blade detaches during use, this poses a risk of laceration to the user.
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the blade attachment and contact Techtronic Industries Australia Pty Limited to either:
1. return the product (as a whole) for a refund of the full purchase price of the product; or
2. return the blade (only) for a refund of the full retail price of the blade.
