A potential manufacturing fault may be existent within this particular batch of mugs which may cause the mug to crack whilst containing hot liquid.
What the hazards are to consumers
Customers are at risk of scalding or wounding from sharp edges should the mug crack whilst in use.
What consumers should do
Customers are asked to please return the product to your nearest San Churro store for a full refund and complimentary Spanish Hot Chocolate for the inconvenience caused. The product may be returned without a proof of purchase and without a box/packaging.
