What are the defects?
The bolt on some B.Mag rifles may inadvertently catch the safety button and slide it into the "fire" position.
What are the hazards?
If the firearm is used with the safety disengaged an unintentional discharge could occur, increasing the risk of injury and death to users and bystanders.
What should consumers do?
Immediately stop using the rifle and contact NIOA for instructions and a free retrofit kit to correct the issue. Alternatively you can arrange to send your rifle bolt back to NIOA to have them fit the retrofit parts to your bolt at no cost to you.
