The security tag (usually located inside the carton) has been stuck to the base of the jar. As the security tags contain metal parts, they could pose a potential risk of sparking/fire when heated in microwave as per the instructions.

Potential to cause sparking/fire when jar (with security tag on base) is heated in the microwave.
What consumers should do
Consumers should either remove the security tag from the base of the jar before placing into microwave OR return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
