The Cotsides are made of a flexing mesh. The ability of the mesh to flex in some situations could create a potential risk of entrapment contributing to a risk of suffocation.
What are the hazards?
Possible entrapment & suffocation.

Owners and users of the product should immediately cease to use it. They should dispose of and render the product inoperable themselves or contact the company to handle on their behalf. This process will be at the cost of the company.
