Affected jacks do not comply with the requirements of the mandatory standard for trolley jacks (based on the Australian/New Zealand Standard: AS/NZS 2615-2004) as they do not have a warning label attached to the product.
The hazards to consumers
Consumers may incorrectly use the product, creating a crushing hazard.
What consumers should do
Call our Customer Service Centre on 1300 728 177 for a safety sticker, or return the product to place of purchase and the retailer will fix the safety sticker to the trolley jack.
