What are the defects?
The garment does not comply with the mandatory standard for children's nightwear and limited daywear, AS/NZS 1249:2003, as amended by the regulation.
What are the hazards?
Testing has shown that the garments fail to meet the mandatory standard for children's nightwear burning behaviour requirements.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should cease using the products, and return them to Snugglebum for a full refund of the purchase price.
