Reasons the product is recalled
In circumstances where the bed may have movement the rungs in the ladder may weaken causing them to break.
The hazards to consumers
If the defect occurs this poses a potential fall hazard.
What consumers should do
Consumers should cease using the ladder immediately and contact Sonny Cohen and Son on warranty@sunco.com.au or 02 6280 4433 to arrange a replacement ladder.
Replacement ladders will be available from 4 September 2015.
