What are the defects?
Bicycle fork may crack at the steerer and become detached from the handlebars and bicycle.
What are the hazards?
Detachment of the fork from the handlebars and the bicycle may result in injury.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should stop riding the bicycle and will need to have this part replaced at their own cost.
