Reason the product is recalled
The product contains 2x plastic trapeze rings that can unexpectedly break while in use.
The hazards to consumers
If the rings break during use, the user may fall and suffer an injury.
What consumers should do
Consumers should remove the plastic trapeze rings from the unit immediately. The rest of the play centre can still be used.
Costco Wholesale will be calling all members who purchased the affected units and advising them of this notice. Costco Wholesale will also be sending each member a new set of trapeze rings, made of metal, to attach to their play centre. Customers are advised to dispose of the plastic trapeze rings.
