What are the defects?
CO2 16g cartridges may explode when exposed to sunlight and temperatures that exceed 30 degrees Celsius.
What are the hazards?
Risk of injury. Potential explosion of the cartridge may project cartridge or metal fragments into users or bystanders.
What should consumers do?
Cease use of the product immediately, release gas from cartridge until empty and dispose of empty cartridge.
