What consumers should do
If you have a bottle of Chemmart Children's Paracetamol 6 to 12 years concentrated from batch IA45031, do not use it. Return it to the place of purchase for a refund or call the Symbion customer service line (1300 430 611) to arrange for the return of the affected product and a refund.
