If the defect occurs, this poses a potential choking hazard for young children.
What consumers should do
If you have a bottle of Chemmart Ibuprofen Children's Suspension from batches IA45163 and IA50030, do not use it. Return it to the place of purchase for a refund or call the Symbion customer service line (1300 430 611) to arrange for the return of the affected product and a refund.
