There is a risk of the bottle grooves breaking off when opening the bottle.
What are the hazards?
If the defect occurs, this poses a potential choking hazard for young children.
What should consumers do?
If you have a bottle of Pharmacy Choice Ibuprofen Children’s Suspension from batches IA45162, IA50044 and IA50026, do not use it. Return it to the place of purchase for a refund or call the Symbion customer service line (1300 430 611) to arrange for the return of the affected product and a refund.
