The glass jug can separate from the plastic base when the blender is in use, exposing dangerous rotating blades.

Risk of serious injury including laceration.

What consumers should do

Stop using the product immediately. Return the product to a Target or Target Country for a full refund, with or without a receipt, and a $5 gift card will be provided.
