The 9 piece Foam Picture Puzzle Mat was sold through the following retail outlets: Clints Crazy Bargains, Clints Warehouse, Silly Solly's, Solly's Warehouse and The Warehouse, from January 2002 and sold for $2.00.
Reasons the product is recalled
These toys do not meet the requirements of the Product Safety Standards Regulations, in that the safety warning is incomplete. The warning should read: WARNING - NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS AS FOAM PIECES MAY BREAK OFF AND CAUSE A CHOKING HAZARD.
