The hydraulic trolley jack is supplied with a rubber head cap, which makes it non-compliant with the mandatory standard 'Consumer Goods (Trolley Jacks) Safety Standard 2017'.
What are the hazards?
The jack has not been tested with the rubber head cap attached and therefore no longer meets the mandatory standard.
