There are parts of the lens that do not darken when constant light is applied. These areas are located in the top corners of the lens.
The hazards to consumers
The fault could lead to eye damage when used during the welding process.
What consumers should do
Cease using the helmet immediately and return it to the Total Tools store that it was purchased from for a full refund.
