Reason the product is recalled
The product fails to comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age because the batteries are accessible without the use of a tool, or two independent movements of the battery compartment lid.
The hazards to consumers
Children may gain access to the batteries, which are small parts, presenting a potential choking hazard.
What consumers should do
Consumers should check that the battery compartment cover (at the back of the toy) is secured with a screw. If not, remove the toy and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
