Why the product is recalled
The cot may not meet the requirements of the Australian Safety Standard AS/NZS 2172:2003 as the mattress base could be installed incorrectly and the distance between mattress base and outer frame could be less than 30mm.

Children could climb out of cot if installed incorrectly or limbs could get caught between mattress base and outer frame, posing a potential fall or entrapment hazard.
