Tandem Trike manufactured by Toy Group Australia Unlimited (TGA) is a trike that allows two passengers to ride in tandem. It has a 40 kg weight rating and is predominantly yellow, blue and red in colour.
Reasons the product is recalled
In some instances the weld joint between the handle bars and the frame of the trike may fail.
The hazards to consumers
If the hazard occurs whilst in use the trike may collapse which may cause serious injury to the user.
What consumers should do
Customers are instructed to cease using the product and return the product to their local Toys "R" Us Australia store for a full refund.
