Reason the product is recalled
Cots manufactured on 30 May 2017 do not comply with Consumer Protection Notice No. 6 of 2005 for labelling requirements. They do not have the appropriate warning labels affixed to the mattress base.
The hazards to consumers
Injury risk to a child if an incorrectly sized mattress is used, or the base is not at the correct position.
What consumers should do
Consumers who purchased a Troll Lukas Cot from Baby Bunting after August 2017 when the affected cots were available for sale, should contact Danish by Design on 03 9588 0999 or info@danishbydesign.com.au to receive a warning label sticker with instructions for the correct application of the sticker.
