The RumbleSeat adaptor is used on the Vista stroller frame to accommodate a second seat for turning the Vista stroller into a double stroller.
Why the product is recalled
The adaptors can become detached if incorrectly affixed to the stroller, or the RumbleSeat is bumped or kicked with force by a sibling sitting in the stroller seat.
What the hazards are to consumers
If a child kicks the seat when the adaptor has been used to create a double stroller, the adaptor may detach, causing a fall risk and injury to a child.
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediately cease using the product and should contact the manufacturer UPPAbaby to receive a replacement adaptor, free of charge.
