The model number is printed at the top of the warning label under the chainsaw switch handle for both products.

Reason the product is recalled

In the event of a kickback, the chain brake guard may fail and allow the chainsaw to continue operating.

The hazards to consumers

If the chain brake guard fails and the chainsaw comes in contact with a person's body it may cause an injury.

What consumers should do

Owners of the 80V cordless electric chainsaws should immediately stop using the product and contact their Victa dealer for a free repair.

Owners of the 82V cordless electric chainsaws should immediately stop using the product and contact their Victa dealer or return to Bunnings for a free replacement.
