What are the defects?
Risk of possible electrocution should the wiring of the light set (240 volt) be exposed and come into contact with the metal frame. The light set has been approved as a single unit, however in attaching the light set to the metal frame a further approval should have been obtained to ensure the product is safe.
What are the hazards?
