What are the defects?
The inner zipper (second zipper inside the bean bag) may have a zip lever attached in contravention of the mandatory standard.
What are the hazards?
A child could gain access to the beads, posing a risk of suffocation as well as inhalation and ingestion.
What should consumers do?
