What are the defects?
The plastic speargun trigger mechanism can wear against the stainless steel sear and sear holds, and release the spear.
What are the hazards?
If the speargun is discharged unintentionally and is pointed at a person it could cause serious injury or death.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should return the product to Adreno retail locations for exchange of the faulty part. If unable to return to the store, Adreno will arrange for free pick up and re-delivery of the fixed product to the customer.
