There may be a risk of the teat of the pacifier separating from the shield.
The hazards to consumers
This teat separation may present a choking hazard if the product is used as a soother and not as a thermometer as instructed and intended.
What consumers should do
Customers should immediately cease using this product and return it either to ALDI for a full refund or to Wisdom Brands via reply paid envelope for a full refund AND complimentary baby toothbrush. Include your name and return address.
