The USB adapter supplied with the bed has incorrect power connectors, two pin (Type A) American, which do not meet the required electrical safety.

Risk of electric shock or electrocution.

Consumers should immediately cease using these products. Affected consumers will be contacted and offered replacement adapters from Zinus.
