The warning label is not on the outer surface of the products, so the products do not comply with Australian and New Zealand Standard AS/NZ 1900:2014 Flotation aids for water familiarization and swimming tuition
The hazards to consumers
Users and supervisors of children using the swim jackets may not be aware of important safety information when using the products.
What consumers should do
Consumers who have affected swim jackets should immediately discontinue using the products return affected swim jackets (free return postage) to receive a replacement product.
