Reason the product is recalled
The product contains acetaldehyde and possibly propionaldehyde, which will cause irritation to the eyes if not washed from the lenses properly.
The hazards to consumers
May cause temporary discomfort and short term eye damage.
What consumers should do
Consumers should stop using the product and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
Avoid product contact with eyes and skin. If contact is made, consumers should wash their eyes with clean/clear water or saline solution. Rinse lenses thoroughly after use with product.
