Recalls

These products do not comply with the mandatory safety standard for products containing button/coin batteries.

The battery compartment is not adequately secured so one or more button batteries in the products may be easily accessible.  

Consumers should return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.

Consumers with affected batteries should immediately switch off their battery storage systems and contact LG Energy Solution Australia for a free replacement or a refund of their affected batteries. The affected batteries have caused incidents and damage to property.

As of 31 January, 2023, the majority of new voluntary recalls of therapeutic consumer goods will no longer also be published by the ACCC on the Product Safety Australia website.
