The 2L hot water bottle has been identified as not having the required thickness of rubber as specified in the Trade Practices (Consumer Product Safety Standard) Hot Water Bottles Regulation 2008.
In addition, the hot water bottles do not contain the mandatory warning and instruction label.

There is concern that this hot water bottle may leak, split or burst causing serious burns. In addition, due to incorrect labelling, consumers could misuse the product.
What consumers should do
Consumer should cease using this product immediately and return it to Elias Pharmacy for a full refund.
