If you have one of these units, you should not use the heat lamps. Please unscrew and remove the heat lamps and store safely. Please inspect the product label inside the unit behind the heat lamps and identify the model number as per the list. Write down the brand name and model number and call Chief Kitchenware toll free on 08 8122 2390 in Australia on Mondays between 8am and 4pm (AEST) OR call anytime and leave a message for Chief Kitchenware to return your call on the following Monday.
