Affected lamps are marked with a label showing “Item No: X8014*** ”.

Reason the product is recalled
The lamps do not comply with mandatory electrical safety requirements.
Some of the lamps have exposed live parts. Other lamps have inadequate insulation which could result in the lamps becoming live in case of an internal fault.
The hazards to consumers
There is a risk of serious injury or death from electric shock or electrocution when using these lamps.
What consumers should do
1. Stop using the lamp and unplug it from power immediately.
2. Return the lamp to Panda Mart, Cranbourne for a full refund.
