Product description
The plants were sold in BIG W stores in Victoria from 1 May 2008 until 16 May 2008. They were labelled "Summerhill" and were marked with BIG W keycodes 188 3138 and 188 2452. They were sold in two types of containers - a white metal jug or a slatted timber container.
The recall was successfully conducted and completed during May/June 2008 and the Department of Primary Industries thanked Big W for their prompt action and co-operation and indicated that the threat had been contained.

The plants do not pose a risk to humans but their spread would have agricultural and economic impact. They should not be discarded. They should be returned to the nearest BIG W store for disposal and full refund.
