- This recall also affects NEWTON harnesses (C073AA01/C073AA02) included in the ASAP FALL ARREST KIT (K093AA00/01/02/03) and ASAP LOCK FALL ARREST KIT (K094AA00/01/02/03).

Reason the product is recalled
These harnesses may contain defective FAST LT buckles which may fail during use.
The hazards to consumers
Risk of serious injury or death from falling if the Fast LT buckle fails during use.
What consumers should do
Stop using affected harnesses immediately.
