The metal buckle clasp may distort releasing the end cap of the buckle.

The hazards to consumers

If separated from the buckle, the end cap may pose a choking hazard, or the sharp edges of the buckle may pose a safety hazard.

What consumers should do

Customers should cease using the overalls and return them to a Myer store for a refund.
