The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission is reviewing the mandatory safety standard for the supply of motorcycle helmets. The attached consultation paper sets out options that will be considered during the review and specifies a preferred option.
Stakeholders are invited to make written submissions on the consultation paper by close of business Monday 2 September 2013.
