Persons using the incorrectly-labelled product may not appreciate the nature of the risk posed by the product, and so may be less likely to take the recommended safety precautions or use the recommended personal protective equipment when using it.
What consumers should do
Consumers can continue to use the product provided they do so in accordance with the new information. The new information will be provided directly to Dulux Trade Account customers who bought the product. The new information will also be displayed in store and will be available online.

The product is marketed for industrial and trade use and is sold through Dulux Trade Centres and Dulux-aligned trade outlet stores. The product has also been supplied by Dulux to a number of hardware stores predominantly in regional towns and centres that do not have a Dulux Trade Centre.
