PWB Anchor part number 40381 (Batch number 7A and 0A). The hooks can be identified by the following markings: 13 PWB HA800 on one side; and 13 GRAB 40381 7A or 13 GRAB 40381 0A on the other. The hooks were available for sale by the company between the periods of 26 November 2004 and 19 April 2008.
Reasons the product is recalled
During recent testing and magnetic particle inspection of this product, a small number of hooks have been identified with a material defect that could adversely affect the performance of the hooks.
