Reasons the product is recalled
The spa has a ceramic heater with insulation that was damaged during assembly.
The hazards to consumers
The water in the spa could come into contact with the mains electricity, possibly causing a fatal electric shock.
What consumers should do
Stop using the product immediately. Customers will be contacted directly and be advised that Hunter Products will arrange for collection of the units and BIG W will issue a full refund.
