If you have difficulty accessing our information, viewing documents or video content, contact us:

Interpreting and translating services
If you need help with translating and interpreting our website, services are available through the National Translating and Interpreting Service.
You can contact them by:

- then give them the ACCC's number: 1300 302 502.
National Relay Service
If you have a hearing or speech impairment and wish to contact our Infocentre:
- you can use the National Relay Service (NRS)
- TTY users phone 133 677 then ask for 1300 302 502
- Speak and Listen users phone 1300 555 727 and ask for 1300 302 502
- Internet relay users connect to the NRS and ask for 1300 302 502.
Listen to our web pages
You can listen to our pages in your browser or download a MP3 audio file for later use.

We use YouTube for our video content.
Text transcripts are available for all videos. Choose the 'View transcript' link below the video. Whenever possible, on-screen captions are also provided.

Downloadable documents
Some of the information on our site is in PDF or Microsoft Office formats. These documents have been created with accessibility features in mind.
