The plastic eyes may detach from the teddy bear.
The hazards to consumers
The eyes may detach and pose a small parts choking hazard to children. The item does not comply with the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age.
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediatey remove the item from children and return it to to the place of purchase for a full refund or replacement. The sell price of the Colourful Hearts bear is $25 and we are offering a replacement bear up to the value of $35.
