Model ID: AC-10F, AC-15F, AC-20F or AC-10R marking can be found on the round panel plate. The panel socket outlet type is typically installed in pool equipment and industrial type power rails designed for use in 19 inch racks. The products were installed nationally after 1 August 2006.
Reasons the product is recalled
In certain instances when an Australian 2 or 3 pin plug is inserted or withdrawn from the panel socket outlet, the round panel plate can come apart from the socket exposing the live terminals on the socket inside the equipment.
